After reading the two articles regarding Judge Michael Bush presiding over the Vincent Brothers trial, it left me wondering where is the wisdom of the court. How could Judge Bush rule in the case and at least not raise concerns of partially when the Deputy District Attorney Lisa Green (prosecutor in the Brothers case) and her husband have socialized with Judge Bush.

Judge Bush appears to have failed to inform Brothers attorney about his personal and professional relations with the Greens until Brother's attorney asked Judge Bush about his personal and professional relations with the Greens.
Judge Bush should have informed Brothers attorney prior to accepting the case.
It would be a miscarriage of justice if Judge Bush presides over the Brothers trial with Deputy District Attorney Lisa Green representing the people. In the business world, the above relations would be considered as a "conflict of interest."
Judge Bush should be disqualified from hearing the case by reason of "interest or prejudice."
