Reader: I was reading Sunday's editorial and I have a question: I wonder why Mr. Brothers wasn't disciplined for the alleged incident. Why should someone be punished for something that's not proven? Because she requested it, the complaint was dropped. Nothing was proved. It turned out to be a "she said-he said." Would you care to explain the paper's reasoning? Thank you.
